Andrey M. Elizondo Solano
I am a consultant and associated researcher for INCAE Business School (Costa Rica, Latin America). My interest is focused in understand the implications of Internet for society, education, culture and economy.
I have a degree in Computer Science Engineer from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology; I have a Master Degree in Management with an emphasis in International Business from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, with a double degree in European Business from ESCP-Europe (ranked at position 12th, according with the Financial Times business school ranking).
Since 2009 I have been the coordinator of the research entitled: Evaluation of the quality of public services through digital media in Costa Rica; a study created for INCAE, which pretends to measure the digital maturity levels of Costa Rican´s guvernamental sector, in the process of transit towards a more interconnected society.
During 2011 and 2012 I have been the coordinator of the Education Management Program, first executive program in INCAE totally designed under the b-learning modality.
In 2012 I took, with other 100 Hispanoamerican leaders, the Senior Management Program of INCAE Business School, being one of the younger students of the promotion.
Of all the areas I'm passionate about, arises a complex convergence of themes (seemingly unrelated), where we could highlight history, science, technology, anthropology, politics, mathematics, logic, esthetic, culture and society.
